The Piper Aztec has long been known as one of the most stable, forgiving, and capable light twins ever built. With its powerful engines, excellent single-engine performance, and spacious cabin, the Aztec provides an ideal platform for pilots transitioning into multi-engine operations. Students gain valuable experience managing complex aircraft systems, asymmetric thrust, engine-out procedures, and real-world IFR-style workload in an airplane that is both predictable and confidence-inspiring.

Unlike smaller “light twin trainers,” the Aztec gives pilots experience in a larger six-seat aircraft that feels substantial and professional while remaining highly forgiving for training purposes. Its stable flight characteristics make it an excellent learning environment for both initial multi-engine ratings and pilots looking to sharpen their proficiency.

Accelerated 9-Day Multi-Engine Program

Our accelerated program is designed for motivated pilots who want focused, efficient training without sacrificing quality.

Program Includes:

• 10 hours of flight time in the Piper Aztec

• 9.5 hours of dual instruction

• Accelerated training schedule

• Checkride scheduled for Day 9

This course is structured to maximize learning efficiency while preparing pilots for both the practical test and real-world multi-engine flying. Flexible Scheduling Options

To accommodate travel schedules, weather delays, and student availability, one day during the program may be used as an optional off day. For motivated students or favorable scheduling conditions, lessons may also be condensed to complete the program in as little as 7 days.
